Pretty pop star? Yes please! Babies 28 and 29

Unfortunately, Brendan had to leave right after the triplets were born. Time seems to fly by taking care of kids again everyday and soon enough everybody is aging up into a toddler.

Ily seems to look a lot like her father. The only thing that she got from me was her nose, all the rest was from Brendan.

Alayna ages up having my facial features, her dad's face shape, and then a strange brown hair color. To be completely honest, I don't really know where it came from.

Corbin also has the strange hair color and has my facial features. Unlike Alayna, he has his father's face shape.

Since I'm meeting the next man tomorrow, I decided to try and teach the toddlers as many skills as I can. Unfortunately, they might have a very long childhood because I won't have enough room in the house if I have twins.

By the end of the day I found out that Alayna is a natural walker and her brother and sister both like talking much more, making her the outsider of the group.

Right now she seems content just playing with her imaginary friend doll, perhaps she'll want to join her siblings and play with the doll house one day.

The next day, I headed to the park around noon to meet this new guy. When I got there, I noticed a large cluster of people, some being my kids, clustered around this man with blonde hair and teal highlights and a beautiful singing voice.

I headed over to baby 6, Annalise. "Hey mom," She said, giving me a hug.

"Hey sweetie," I said. "What's going on here?"

She looked at me with disbelief. "Mom, didn't you hear? Michael Blake is here and he's participating in this man challenge thing."

"What?" I asked. The name Michael Blake sounded familiar, but I didn't necessarily know where I remembered it from. "Who's this Michael Blake guy?"

"He's only one of the biggest pop stars of this time period. Dang, you need to get out from under your classical music rock and listen to the hits!"

I laughed. "Sorry, I like Mozart and Bach more."

She shrugged. "Suit yourself, I have to head off to work, see you later."

"Bye," I said as she ran off towards her car.

As soon as she left this Michael Blake guy decided to introduce himself. "Hey there," He said. He had a slight Southern accent. "I was told that the woman I'm meeting has purple hair and gorgeous grey eyes. Sounds kind of like you."

I felt myself blush. "Well, I have purple hair, but my eyes certainly aren't beautiful. I find them quite boring, to be honest. Now your eyes are beautiful."

He smiled. "Why thank you, now before I go on trying to woo you, are you this Laura Johanson everybody speaks of?"

"I guess so. And are you Michael Blake"

"Why, yes I am. But you can call me Mike. I'm sorry to say this, but the small town of Sunset Valley demands that I deliver sing-a-grams until 5:00. Would you be willing to meet me at the beach at around 5:30?"

"I would love to."

"Great," He said. "I'll see you there."

We both end up getting to the beach right at 5:30 and I notice that he somehow got a chance to change clothes before he got here. As soon as I walk up to him he whips out a purple bouquet of flowers from behind his back. "A little birdy told me that you liked the color purple," He said nervously.

I laughed. "Just a little bit. Thank you," I said with a small smile, hesitantly grabbing the flowers.

We walk along the beach for a little bit and eventually settle down in a small patch of grass to watch the stars. "So," I said, breaking the long silence that had enveloped us since we got here. "What is a big star like you doing here in Sunset Valley?"

He smiled. "To be honest, I didn't even know what I was coming here for until last night. My agent just said that I had business to attend to."

"Oh," I said. "So... You don't really want to be here right now?"

"Whoa now," He said. "I never said that. To be honest, I like it here. I moved from Appaloosa Plains to go to Starlight Shores when I was 18 without looking back so that I could become famous. Sunset Valley kind of reminds me of home, so I'm glad I came."

"Wow," I said, feeling slightly stunned. "Do you like Starlight Shores?"

He shrugged. "It's alright, I always feel like I'm not really being heard there though."

I was suddenly conscious of the fact that we had gotten a little bit closer. Did I mind this? No, I really didn't. "Why's that?" I asked.

"Well," He started. "I had originally wanted to be a country singer, but when I got my agent he would say things like, 'Oh, you just have that pop star look to you,' and 'I could make you a star.' So I listened to him and ever since then I haven't had much control over my career."

"I'm sorry," I said. "That must be rough... Maybe you could find a new agent?"

He laughed. "Unfortunately, that's a lot harder than it sounds. And plus, he's a good enough guy."

"Yeah, but if you're not happy..."

He smiled. "I'm happy as long as my music is making somebody happy somewhere."

With that the conversation was over and we headed home.

I started taking him on a tour of the house. "This is the bed room," I said. "You're welcome to sleep in here or you can sleep in one of the other rooms upstairs if that makes you more comfortable."

He chuckled and snaked his arms around me. "Now why on earth would I want to do that?" He whispered in my ear seductively.

I felt myself shiver and tried not to blush too much. "I dunno," I muttered. "Just thought I should put it out there."

We didn't end up making it much farther because we were both exhausted and the toddlers were all asleep anyways. The next morning, I woke up to an empty bed and decided to head upstairs to check on the triplets.

I figured if anything, Mike would be out delivering sing-a-grams or something, but I found him in the nursery, picking up Ily and putting her in the high chair for breakfast. "Thank you," I said, setting Alayna in one of the other high chairs. "Sometimes the morning can get a little bit hectic."

He smiled. "It's no problem, I love kids." He gestured over to Corbin who was playing quietly with his blocks. "That little guy woke up about 15 minutes ago so he's already fed."

"Wow," I said, feeling completely stunned. "How did I sleep through the toddlers today?"

He shrugged. "I have no idea, but I'm impressed by your sleeping abilities. All three of them ganged up on me."

"I'm so sorry," I muttered. Dealing with one toddler when you're not used to having kids around is tough enough, but I couldn't even imagine three.

By the end of the day, all of the toddlers have each of their skills learned and we decide to age them up tomorrow. As I'm picking out my pajamas for the night, Mike silently leans against the bed post, recounting the events of the day. "... And when Alayna called me da-da I nearly cried," He rambled on. "It was just so cute. And I've never been called da-da before."

I giggled. "You're adorable, you know this, right?"

He was radiating happiness from every ounce of his body; I swear, he had a smile from ear to ear. "Thanks," He said. "I just... Can't believe how amazing kids are! I mean, I always loved them, but I never actually got to take care of them."

After finding my favorite pair of pajamas, I turned around and started making my way towards the bathroom to change. "I'm glad you enjoyed it," I said. "Now if you excuse me, I'm going to get ready for bed."

I felt Mike catch my arm right as I was about to open up the door and dropped my pajamas as I spun around to face him. "Something wrong?" I asked in surprise.

"Today got me thinking," He started. "I'm ready to have kids whenever you are--"

I cut him off. "That's perfectly fine by me." Alright, call me weak, but I haven't gotten any action in how long now? A little bit too long for my liking. And plus, if some pop star is trying to seduce me, who am I to object? Even if I didn't hear about him until just yesterday at the park.

In the end, it was a very pleasant night, but the next morning we went straight back into parenting mode and aged up the triplets. Ily is an intelligent and creative young girl who has an interest in writing. If she's not doing homework or writing a short story, you can typically find her brewing new potions because she has a curious attitude and enjoys discovering new things.

Her sister, Alayna, is a very quiet and introverted child who struggles in quite a few of her classes. But where she struggles in school, she's excelling in art. At home you can count on her being in front of an easel if she isn't eating, sleeping, or doing homework.

Corbin ages up into a fun-loving kid who enjoys the simpler things in life. If he isn't influencing his sisters to join him in the sandbox, you can expect him to be playing with his imaginary friend. Sometimes he can be difficult to handle because he "forgets" his homework, but he can put anybody in a good mood.

My whole pregnancy is pretty dull. All that there is to do during the day is pick up around the house, take care of pets, and garden, so at night I tend to try and shake things up a bit and go fishing. Pretty hardcore, I know. I enjoy living life on the wild side.

Okay, so fishing isn't very hard core, what do you want me to do, go bungee jumping?
Pregnant women shouldn't go bungee jumping.

The dullest pregnancy ever ends fairly quickly when I go into labor one night.

After about 5 hours, Mike and I come out with multi-gender twins. Introducing baby 28, Esta Johanson!

And baby 29, Gideon Johanson!

Thanks for reading everyone!! Sorry it took so long to get out. And that it wasn't the best post ever. I tried my best. :D

Hope you enjoyed it and uh... Have a nice day. ^_^

  1. I'll say again, YAHOOOO!!!!!

I loved that picture of Laura and Mike the first time he kissed her, I think it was first. In her room anyway. The reflection just made it super fabulous. (I've never said that before. Remind me never to say it again)

Gah! Your children. WHY THEY SO CUTE? -_- I wish I had cute children. And your hair. And a cool purple house. I wish I had a lot of things.

Umm... post.... AMAZING as per usual. You make cute guys, did I mention? If not, you do. And... you write excellently. I like your pictures too.

If you can't tell, I'm hyper (just a tad) right now, so yeah.

GREAT AMAZING WRITING LAURMANDA! (It';s your names shoved together)

    1. Thanks! I'm glad you liked it because that pose was a pain in the butt to align properly! Haha, I was planning on not using the reflection but then I thought it would look better. I'm glad it payed off!

Hehe, I have no clue! Laura is just having adorable children lately for some reason. O.o G'aw, may I remind you, you did build Laura's house.
      I wish I had some chocolate. :D

Thanks! I always have more trouble making guys to be honest. I feel like I make them all look the same. Shucks... I've been working to improve those two things, so that means a lot!

Hehe, I thought so. Have too much sugar today? :3

Lol, thanks! That's an awesome blended name. :D

P.S.S. I feel like I've said "Thanks," about a thousand times in this comment. xD

  2. Ooh, Mike is nice, cute, sexy, AND a family guy. Four in one as Calista would say. Ahhh, Laura looked SOOOOOO pretty in that wavy hair style!!!! :D

SO much love in this chapter. <3 <3 <3 Woo, it's steamy in here. *waves hands around*

Yay, we already know what Esta and Gideon look like. :D

Amanda, this wasn't a bad post! I enjoyed every bit of it. I can't wait to see who the next baby daddy is.

Oh my gosh, when Laura was talking to her daughter in the park, I misread the line and I thought it said "Shit yourself" instead of "Suit yourself." :p

Anyway, enough of me, I gotta go do homework. -_-

    1. Hehe, I do love Mike. I was squealing at some points just writing this post because he's so adorable. Perhaps we've found a winner with this one. ^_^ G'aw, thanks! Maybe I'll make her have that hairstyle for a little while. Everybody seems to be liking it. :)

Haha, you're one to talk, missy. May I remind you of Luke and Calista a couple posts ago? xD

      Shhhhh, it's a secret!

G'aw, thanks! Like I said, I tried my best. I'm not fond of the next baby daddy. I'm looking forward for the baby daddy after him more.

Would you believe me if I said that I think I accidentally typed that as I was writing the post? Luckily I noticed it, but it could have been so awkward if I didn't. xD

Aw, have fun with those books! :(
